The new meeting place for interior design professionals
Following the initial success of the Munich Design Days 2025, it became clear that this format was establishing itself as the new meeting place for all interior design professionals. SATTLER was in attendance at the expanded second edition, featuring around 60 curated interior design brands, held from 12 to 15 March 2026 in Munich.
In 2026, SATTLER lit up the artists’ studio on the Prater Islands in Munich and, together with
WALTER KNOLL, redesigned the stylish spaces into welcoming areas that invite visitors to linger.
Places of well-being for distinctive offices and private homes.

The magic of interior design is evident in the before-and-after comparison of our exhibition stand at the Munich Design Days in Munich. From a stylish ‘raw’ state to a cosy, inviting space.

"The Transformation"
Golden Moments

Golden moments, courtesy of the EVOLUTION S. A contemporary chandelier by SATTLER, suspended above the inviting wooden table by Walter Knoll, ready to welcome guests.

In the background, a small seating area with the FINO FLOOR floor lamp positioned between two comfortable armchairs. The effect of a room within a room is enhanced not least by two triangular SLIM DELTA ring lights.
Pioneering fascination

A pioneering display of fascination with the light tunnel installation featuring vertically suspended SLIM OUT ring lights.
Passing the AVVENI FLOOR 3 floor lamp, one of whose light heads is directed at the Walter Knoll armchair, another illuminates the side table, and the third, of course, highlights the SATTLER x WALTER KNOLL logo and partnership.

At the end of the tunnel, above the coffee bar and in keeping with the linearity of the wooden counter, the service staff offer a smile whilst the linear PALADIO LENS provides glare-free light exactly where it is needed.
A corner sofa for cosy get-togethers with a large group

The inviting sofa arrangement by WALTER KNOLL is atmospherically lit by the DOPPIO dir/ind ring light, which is suspended vertically for a change, leaving the view of the arched window unobstructed. This is complemented by a curved floor lamp in a warm champagne gold; the PALITO FLOOR towers above the sofa and provides dimmable reading and ambient lighting.
