Corridor Lighting
Everything runs smoothly. Round movable lamp heads along the round wall with wood panelling.
A row of small surface-mounted luminaires, AVVENI SINGLE, lines the path, illuminates the hallway and brightens the wall.
The hallway in the Forum impresses with its variety of materials and shapes. Round walls with a brick look immediately demonstrate clear edges on the opposite side with a sloping glass wall offering a view of the greenery.

The meeting rooms with U-shaped seating feature sophisticated, tasteful lighting design. Branched luminaires with movable light heads are installed along the rows of seats.
All luminaires have a clear surface thanks to the polished aluminium luminaire structures.

Many clever, flexible minds for the conference room

Die runde Gewölbedecke bietet Raum für die Raumbeleuchtung in Form von Pendelleuchten.
At the front of the U-shaped seating arrangement, the AVVENI PENDANT 3 with its centrally branched structure with three light heads forms the centrepiece and the prelude to the opposite side, serving as both a connecting and direction-changing element from one side of the chairs to the opposite side. Adjacent to each side are rows of AVVENI PENDANT 4.
Rooms that have been redesigned with a view to the future, preserving the old while focusing on longevity and efficiency. In the meeting rooms, the here and now is debated, decisions are made and the future is shaped. What could be more fitting than luminaires from the AVVENI series, which takes its name from the Italian word "Avvenire" = "the future".
Debate + Dialogue*

"The council chamber, forum and adjoining meeting rooms of the Viersen district administration have been thoroughly renovated and modernised. The architecture, dating from 1983, is a typical example of postmodernism with a high standard of design. Careful renovation was therefore the top priority when developing the design. Careful selection of materials and colours guarantees that the striking premises will continue to exist for decades to come. Due to its age, the building services had to be completely renewed. The introduction of modern communication technology makes the rooms future-proof.
The entire construction project was carried out using sustainable construction methods. Many materials were refurbished and reused. Energy efficiency has been significantly improved.
Conference rooms
The newly introduced communication technology allows presentations via LED display, secure voting via RFID card/app, web conferences with automatic camera control, etc. Use is largely automated. The technical components and the extensive measures to improve the room acoustics were integrated as invisibly as possible through appropriate planning. The original appearance of the rooms has therefore been preserved."
